Schools track their laptops on a spreadsheet and one person who remembers. KitDesk does it with QR codes and three scanner fallbacks, because a locked-down tablet with the camera blocked is not an edge case in a school.

A meal plan that costs 94 pounds when you asked for 45 is worthless. Holding a real budget across four languages turned out to be a prompting problem rather than a coding one.
